APSCIRANT germinated from the desire to dispel outstanding myths and fallacies regarding Civil Services Preparation striving for democratization of resources and negating the damage that has already been done to this ecosystem. It’s the brainchild of officers who themselves have gone under the pump during their preparations and wish to declutter and simplify the process for the new apscirants.
